Hollmig Moon View - dog friendly

This was a very nice cabin. Very simple with a nice hot tub. Perfect place for a couples getaway. Only issue we had was we took our dog, and there are a lot of stickers in the grass. Otherwise this was perfect. It was quite and easy to locate. Super clean.

The cabin was nice, but it set 12 feet from a county rd. Traffic was moderate but it did feel intrusive while trying to drink coffee on the front porch. I think they should be more upfront with the true description of the property. Also water pressure was an issue as well.

Far enough away from the tourist crowd yet close drive to everything. Great cabin and the hot tub was worth the cost of the whole stay. Highly recommend this great cabin for a getaway.

We loved it here! It was perfect for what we needed. The instructions were helpful and the location was easy to find. The hot tub was our favorite part for sure. It was great to wake up early and hike Enchanted Rock (25 mins away), come back to the cabin to have lunch and soak in the hot tub for a little bit, then get dressed for date night in downtown Fredericksburg (7 mins away!) We don't have any complaints and would recommend this to anyone passing through Fredericksburg.

This place was absolutely fantastic. Brought my wife here for a long weekend for her 50th birthday. The location was great. Close enough to town, but away from everything. It had everything we needed. The Hot Tub was fantastic after a long day of hiking and horseback riding. For the price, it was well worth it.

We reserved Sunset View. When arriving the cabin was musty and looked dirty, there was also smell of a skunk. I called the booking agent who was super sweet and we were able to change to the Moon View cabin next door. A little cleaner. Loved the access to the hot tub. Cabin is smaller than expected. Its located in a odd neighborhood, not much privacy. We stay at VRBO's pretty frequently and this one was by far the worst. There is a list of rules on the mini fridge and what we must do before checking out. Never in my life have i been asked to strip the bed, take out the trash and a list of other to do's. They are dog friendly but require for you to kennel your dog when you leave which was weird? The cabin sits on the families property up front by the road. When visiting Fredericksburg there is just so much to do, we weren't at the cabin much. I did like the location and how close it was to restaurants etc.

Enjoyed the stay. Very accommodating and private. Hot tub did the trick coming in from a cold day of hiking Enchanted Rock.

This is a neat little cabin in a relatively secluded area that is still convenient to Main St and Wineries. The bed was comfortable, the hot tub in good shape, electric fireplace, and a good mini fridge. There were some missed opportunities though-this is the first VRBO i have stayed in that did not provide shower soap or shampoo, which isn't a huge deal if you know that in advance, which we didn't, so we had to buy some while there. There were also only 2 coffee mugs and 2 wine glasses but no dish rag or sponge to wash them so we bought sme cheap wine glasses and just left them there for others to use. The ceiling fans were filthy with dust on the blades and obviously hadn't been cleaned in a while, not the owner's fault but the cleaning crew. All in all we would stay there again since we now know what to expect and to bring with us.

The Rental was a great weekend getaway. My wife and I enjoyed being close to downtown but also having some space. All the amenities worked perfectly as well!

My husband and I enjoyed our 3 day get away. This was a very quaint little cottage. We loved having both a mini fridge and a microwave. We would definitely recommend this property, and we can't wait to visit again.

We spent the weekend in Fredericksburg for a much needed restful getaway. This was the perfect spot!! Cutest little cabin was the perfect vibe. The private hot tub was exactly what we needed. Rest and Relaxation!! Close to town but just out far enough for privacy.
