This small 2 bedroomed house was charming and very conveniently located to walk into the centre of Fredericksburg (shops and restaurants). We'd definitely recommend it to others but I'd suggest it would be more suitable for adults as there were electrical wires (tv etc) hanging down and a small child could injure themselves. Apart from that it was near perfect.

Guesthouse was in an excellent location - 1 block off of Main Street. Loved the outside sitting area. House was quaint but needed maintenance attention, especially in the bathroom.

Location is good, only a couple blocks from Main Street. Managements was readily available for any concerns. For ex., the router was unplugged so no wifi, they quickly assisted us in troubleshooting. Beds were so comfortable we found ourselves talking about them on the way home. Only downside is that of the kitchen amenities. Bring tupperware and other common items you use daily in the kitchen.

Mom & daughter trip with an 18 month old to visit for Christmas. The property is close to most everything and we enjoyed visiting HEB a few times and eating at the house. Quaint dishware, very cute, lots of thought put into the overall feel of this cute cottage.

Cute house. Close to Main St. We walked nearly every where. Very clean little place. Fredericksburg Escapes was great to deal with. Offered us extra day at the beginning and end of our trip. Unfortunately we weren’t able to take advantage of the deals. Easy check in/out.

I love this sweet little cottage. It was a quiet spot close to Main St. to land at the end of our busy days with a lovely outdoor spot to have coffee in the morning and hang out at the end of the day. We used the main bedroom for sleeping and used the 2nd bedroom like a dressing room.

Precious little cottage close to everything. Beautifully maintained and very comfortable. The property management professionals were on-the-spot with answers and a warm welcome. Property was spotless! A MUST STAY-little-home for a visit to a marvelous area for Fredericksburg, Luckenbach, and wonderful wineries (Augusta-vin) had a fabulous tour!

House was awesome, very comfy and close to downtown. Full kitchen came in handy for cooking breakfast and supper on Sunday. Private parking was a big plus as well!! We'll be back soon!!!
We had originally scheduled a different location but it wasn’t cleaned from the past guest when we arrived- this reservation was all that was left- location was to far to walk to eateries museum or shopping- cute little house- very quiet neighborhood everything in working conditions
