Nice, clean 2 bedroom house. Should not be confused for a real 3 bedroom house. We missed that as it was incorrectly listed as 3 bedrooms but in specific details of posting said "2 bedrooms and lounge". So that was disappointing. Only has 2 bedrooms and a "lounge room" in converted garage with pull out couch. Pull out couch should never be considered acceptable sleeping arrangements for an adult, in my opinion. Was good location close to town. Need more instructions on using the hot tub, none provided in binder. No dishwasher pods were provided to clean dishes before leaving. Would benefit from more bed pillows and bed comforters, instead of thin blankets. Couch bed had no pillows for sleeping.

This was overall a great place to stay in Fredericksburg. The property was clean, modern, and a short distance from Main Street. We had some issues with opening the front door as the code I was originally given stopped working. Although management wasn’t the most pleasant to deal with during that situation (slow to handle the situation and a bit rude over the phone), we didn’t have any other issues during our stay.
We enjoyed our stay at this house in Fredericksburg. The location could not be better. We were a few short blocks away from Main Street, which was perfect for getting into town, but super quiet in the evenings. Easy coffee runs each morning to try a few of the downtown coffee houses.
The house is really nice and has 2 comfortable bedrooms with king beds & 2 baths. House is spacious for 4 people for sure. We really enjoyed the backyard fire pit each evening. The October weather was perfect for sitting outside with some wine by the firepit. We visited several local wineries for tasting that weekend. William Chris,
Safari and Heath Sparkling were a few favs. Kitchen was great for cooking some fabulous dinners. Had mostly everything we needed. Would definitely come back!!
