Cute cabin, but you have to drive through yuck-zone to get to it. No view when on the porch. Stickers in the grass, so should be warned if bringing dogs. Owners dogs run free so if you have defensive dogs, watch out. You better bring your own toilet paper if you need more than the one roll. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner if you want more than one person to take a shower the entire stay. Zero instructions on the hot tub and you lose many hours waiting for someone to come get it going. Zero instructions on the remote control for satellite, super hard to use. The bed was very comfy. Cabin was clean. Zero way to store or make or access any ice. We left a very sentimental leash behind, and paid $10 for shipping but they sent it back to us. I recommend being a little less conservative on the staples, more honest about the surroundings, and maybe consider leaving a small gift to welcome your guests. Local dessert, wine or something?

We had a wonderful time. We decided to come out to Fredericksburg for the Memorial Day weekend and loved just how close the cabin was to all of our main stops while still having an “out of city” feel.

We really enjoyed our stay here. So peaceful and relaxing. Very close to town too, although we spent most of our time on the porch swing and in the hot tub!

Cabin was clean and comfy. Hot tub was in good condition. Only a few minutes from main street but definitely had a country feel. It is close to the county road, but it there was very little traffic. The view wasn't spectacular, but it was quite and a great honeymoon location.

Cabin was more rustic then expected. Hot tub area was not too private on the back enclosed porch. Had drop clothes made into curtains and did not cover all the windows. Had to go to the store and buy black out curtains for privacy. Ridiculous. Also heat unit was not working properly. Had to call owner for help. He brought a small space heater because the temperature was 27 degrees. It was freezing in the cabin. Plus major confusion when I arrived about cabin number and entrance codes. Just frustrating to start my stay
