Gillespie County Fair Arrives in August

Going strong now for 138 years, this is the oldest and longest-running county fair in all of Texas! 

The Gillespie County Fair is a four-day event featuring a variety of horse, cattle, and livestock events, along with so much more. Celebrate the local charm of the Texas Hill Country with these events, as well as an assortment of classic fair that include a washer pitching contest, arts and crafts, and an antique tractor display. The weekend will also feature live musical performances from Cajuntos Cats, Pepe Tovar Y Los Chaclas, and more!
